want to combine processing steps based on the moments present

It would be neat if we could add the number of parameters based on the number of moments. ie. if only one moment than just the parameters for only one moment, if 2 moments parameters listed for both moments, if 3 moments, parameters listed for all three moments, etc. maybe also have an apply moment checkbox in each tool so that we can define which moments get the filter applied.
